Commercial Bank International embraces the spirit of Ramadan

Commercial Bank International (CBI), launches several initiatives to its customers including installment deferment for loans and extended branch timings after Iftar during the holy month to provide quality service and convenience
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Douwe J Oppedijk CEO of CBI said “We are dedicated to add value in everything we do, like Personal and auto loan installment deferments and extended opening hours for our retail branches. These initiatives are further demonstration of our commitment to our customers and public during the holy month of Ramadan
We are aware that many of our customers have a lot of financial commitments, during the holy month. As a Bank that cares, we have decided to postpone this month’s installments for all our Personal Loan and Auto Loan customers. Extended branch opening hours in our branches is a clear indication that CBI services are easier to access than ever before and we work more efficiently to meet our customers banking requirements” added Douwe Oppedijk
The monthly installments during the month of Ramadan for all personal and auto loan customers who have a salary transfer to the bank will be postponed. The customers who do not wish to avail can call the banks 24x7 call center on 800 CBI (224) or can walk in to any of the 15 branches of CBI
While the other branches of CBI work from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, the branches in Dubai Riqqa Road, RAK Al Hamra Mall and Abu Dhabi Marina Mall will work extended evening times between 9:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
CBI is one of the few banks to have a branch in all seven emirates with a focus on reaching customers across the country through quality products and services
