available 24/7 for assistance. You can also call on +971 6 5117777 if you are
travelling overseas.
Do I need to activate my credit card on receiving it?
Yes, for security reasons you will need to call 800 CBI (224) to activate your
card. This is a simple process and is to ensure the safety of your card.
What are the payment options available to settle my credit card dues?
You can opt for a flexible payment by choosing to pay 3% of the monthly
outstanding balance due or settle it in full. Flexible payment will attract an
interest charge.
Is there an annual fee on CBI credit cards?
No. The annual fee on both primary and supplementary CBI credit cards is waived.
Where can I make my payments?
You can set up a direct debit instruction with us and conveniently settle your
monthly payments. You can also pay at any of the CBI branches across UAE. We
have also partnered with Al Ansari Exchange branches across UAE to accept CBI
credit card payments.
