How do I earn cash back on my Current Account?

    • Earn 1% cash back on your average balance between 1st November 2017 and 31st of January 2018, up to a maximum of AED 5000*
    • Cash back will be automatically credited to your account in February 2018


To open a Current Account please visit your nearest CBI branch with the following documents:

    • Your original passport (with at least one month validity)
    • Valid Visa for expatriates
    • Valid Emirates ID
    • Proof of income (Salary Certificate or Salary Transfer Letter)
    • Proof of address (Bank Statement, Utility Bill, Tenancy Contract, Salary Certificate or Salary Transfer Letter)
    • Minimum deposit to open the account of AED 3,000 or USD 1,000


*Customers opening current accounts or increasing balances will be eligible for a 1% cash back on the average 3 months account balance subject to a maximum cap of AED 5000.


Terms & Conditions

• Customers need to open a current account during the campaign period to avail the eligible cash back
• Existing customers adding increasing balances to their current account will also be eligible for the cash back based on set criteria
• Customers will be eligible for cash payout based on the average quarterly balance increase
• Customers opening current accounts with the bank or increasing their account balances will be eligible for a 1% cash back of the average quarterly months balance subject to a maximum cap of AED 5,000
• The cash back will be calculated on the average balance growth for the campaign period of three months
• Cash back will be credited to the account at the end of three months.
• Campaign commences on 1st November, 2017 and expires on 31st January, 2018 and the cash back offered on the current account will not be available once the campaign expires or is discontinued by CBI
