Terms & Conditions:

1. Each eligible customer will get 1 free round of golf at Address Montgomerie every month. Additional games will be charged. The Program is not a golf club membership and shall not be regarded as a golf club membership.

2. Customer would need to book minimum 5 days in advance (excluding the date of play and date of request) and maximum of 15 days in advance (excluding the date of play and date of request).

3. Customers will be able to cancel their booking 3 clear days from the date of play (excluding the date of request and date of play), by sending an email to customer.care@golflan.com.

4. The bookings can be confirmed at the request time or at a variation of 30 minutes (basis the closest available time at the golf course). Eg. If the requested time is 7 AM, the booking can be confirmed anytime between 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM, closest to the requested tee time available at the golf course. If the variation is more than 30 minutes, GolfLan team will call the customer to check the availability for the next tee time.

5. Customers are requested to show their CBI First card before they proceed with the golf game at the golf course.

6. Acceptance of requests for bookings for golf games are based on first-come first served basis and are subject to availability.

7. Any requests for changes to confirmed booking times are subject to availability and may be accepted at the discretion of the golf clubs.

8. To avail the benefits of the Program, Customers must make all enquiries and bookings through the concierge and must not contact the golf clubs directly.

9. CBI reserves the right to change/replace the golf clubs at which golf benefits are being offered under this Program without any prior notice to the customers.

10. The Program is valid for golf course access only. Customers and/or their guests will not have access to the other facilities at the golf clubs. All payments for guests and any other charges will be paid by the customer/guest directly to the golf club.

11. Customers and their guests must follow all club, establishment usage rules including limits of access to use club facilities as applicable to Green Fee players.

12. The Program cannot be used by customers or their guests in conjunction with any other promotional or special offers and programs.

13. To the fullest extent permissible by law, each participating customer indemnifies and keeps indemnified CBI and GolfLan from any and alls claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including any claim for legal expenses) sustained or incurred by him/her in connection with his/her participation in the Program.

14. CBI and GolfLan do not underwrite or warrant the services rendered by the golf clubs and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency, delay or imperfection in such services or for any loss or damage that may be suffered, or for any personal injury to a Customer and/or guests directly or indirectly by use or non-use of the services provided by the golf club under this Program. CBI makes no warranties and assumes no liability or responsibility with respect to the products and services provided by Golflan or other entity(ies).

15. Customers and their guests shall be required to pay for caddy fee (wherever applicable), insurance and hire of equipment directly at the club, as per applicable rates prescribed by the respective golf clubs.

16. Any individual applying/activating/ using the Program is deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions governing the Program which may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of CBI.

17. Booking will be processed on a best effort basis and CBI does not assume any responsibility or liability for booking requests which are not confirmed due to any reason whatsoever.

18. Bookings are not transferable.

19. Tournament dates at courses are blackout dates and no bookings shall be available during these dates.

20. The Program is valid for golf course access only to individual golfers and is not valid for any group bookings, unless specified so.

21. CBI, GolfLan and participating establishment(s) reserve their absolute rights to alter/ withdraw any of the terms and conditions of the Program at any time without prior notice to the Customer.

22. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of UAE and Dubai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising hereunder.

23. Customer can book a slot for their guest and the guests can make the payment at the golf club. If the guest does not show up, CBI will charge a standard no show rate to the customer.

24. The Program is provided through Golflan, a third party service provider and is made available on a best-effort basis at the sole discretion of CBI. CBI makes no warranties and assumes no liability or responsibility with respect to the products and services provided by Golflan.
