CBI will never ask for sensitive information like your internet banking password, credit/ debit card PIN or CVV number. This is a social engineering attack!

The attacker will try to get the information from you to gain access to your bank account for fraudulent activities.

 

Never give away your user ID, passwords and PIN

Don't tell them anything

Beware of such fraudulent calls and messages. Never give away your sensitive information on such requests.

Call us quickly

If you suspect that your bank account has been compromised, call us immediately on 04 503 9000 (wihtin the UAE) or +971 4 503 9000 (outside the UAE).
