If you don’t receive SMS alerts, please call our call centre.

In addition to free SMS alerts, our team constantly monitors all systems in the background for suspicious transactions on customer’s accounts. If we detect any unusual activity, we might contact you by phone, SMS or email to confirm that you are aware of the transaction.
