You can opt for a flexible payment by choosing to pay 4.5% of the monthly outstanding balance due or settle it in full. Flexible payment will attract an interest charge.

Yes, for security reasons you will need to call 04 503 9000 to activate your card. This is a simple process and is to ensure the safety of your card.
You can set up a direct debit instruction with us and conveniently settle your monthly payments. You can also pay at any of the CBI branches across UAE or at any of our Cash & Cheque Deposit Machines at the following locations: Dubai Dubai Main Branch Dubai Mall Dubai Silicon Oasis Sheik Zayed Road Dubai Festival City Abu Dhabi Abu Dhabi Corniche Al Wahda Mall Ras Al Khaimah Julphar Towers Sharjah Rolla Branch We have also partnered with Al Ansari Exchange to accept CBI Credit Card payments at all their branches across UAE.
CBI’s 3D Secure is a service which provides you with additional security when you shop online using your CBI credit or debit card on merchant websites which subscribe to the services of MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa.
To prevent unauthorized use of your credit or debit card online, 3D secure will introduce a new security step when you make an online payment with certain merchant websites.
Every time you make an online payment with a registered merchant, you will be asked to enter a One Time Password [OTP] which will be sent to you by CBI.
The OTP we send you will be unique for each transaction and valid for 10 minutes. If your OTP is incorrect the retailer may reject your transaction.
CBI provides this service to you, but we may use third party service providers to operate the service on our behalf.
You will need to register a valid mobile phone number and/or email address with CBI to use 3D Secure.
Please ensure the current mobile phone number and/or email address we have in our files is your most up-to-date number or email id otherwise you may encounter issues with using 3D secure.
No, as a CBI Card holder you are automatically enrolled in 3D secure.
No, this service is provided absolutely free.
