Strength and Stability

CBI is a well-established UAE corporate and retail bank, incorporated in Ras Al Khaimah since 1991 and is listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange (ADX).  

We are majority owned by UAE shareholders, including the Ras Al Khaimah Government and our Board members are majority UAE nationals, led by our Chairman, Saif Ali Al Shehhi.

We are regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE and the Securities and Commodities Authority of the UAE (SCA) and comply with UAE regulatory requirements.  

The Bank is investment grade rated by Fitch (BBB+).
