How Does It Work?
You can enjoy the benefits of the rewards program by simply making your spends on your CBI credit card*. You are automatically enrolled on the rewards program post your credit card approval and you will get reward points from the first dirham you spend. You can review the transactions history anytime by logging in your CBI Rewards account on the CBI Rewards website.
*Fair usage caps apply: The maximum number of reward points that you can earn on all your domestic and international spend per calendar month will be capped to 150,000 points. The maximum number of reward points that you can earn under the following spend categories (as per Mastercard classification) collectively will be capped to 25,000 points: Government Services, Utility Payments, Real Estate, Transport, Petrol/Gas Stations, Distributers, Freight, Courier and Advertising Media.
How to redeem?
1. Activate your CBI Rewards account on the CBI Rewards website.
Enter your member number (mentioned on your credit card)
Enter your email and mobile number registered with CBI
You will receive OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter OTP to activate your account
2. Select one of the various redemption options
3. Purchase additional reward points, if required
4. Confirm the redemption option
5. You will receive an update on the redemption within 48 hours
